HS baseball: Kempner defeats Dulles
Kempner defeated Dulles in District 23-5A baseball action on Friday.
The Cougars, 8-3-0 overall and 4-1-0 in district play, won the game 10-4.
Garrett Burke and Dominic Taccolini each hit home runs in the victory.
Tate Williams struck out four Vikings to earn the win.
Kempner next plays Travis on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Friday’s loss drops Dulles to 13-3-0 on the season and 4-1-0 in district games.
Caden Williams homered in the loss and also struck out five batters.
Dulles will host Austin on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
