HS girls basketball: Austin defeats Marshall
Austin routed Marshall 77-29 in girls high school basketball action on Friday, in a District 23-5A match-up.
The win ups Austin to 18-9 overall and 8-3 in district play.
Nicole Blaskowsky scored 29 points in the victory.
Austin will next host Bush on Monday at 4 p.m.
The loss drops Marshall to 8-15 overall and 4-8 in district play.
Tracy Young netted 10 points in the loss.
Marshall will next visit Dulles on Monday at 5:30 p.m.
