Gary Lynn Waldrop and Loretta Stetz Waldrop acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 10302 Reading Road in Richmond from Julius F. Zatopek III and Eloise P. Zatopek on June 5.
The 3,904-square-foot house was built in 1998 and is located in the Bridlewood Estates subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $321,880.
Julius Zatopek is a real estate broker and owner of Zatopek Properties. He is also the founder and president of Texas Sandlot Inc., a non-profit organization supporting youth baseball.
He received his B.B.A. in management from the University of Houston-Victoria.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,328 home sales in Richmond during the last 12 months.
