Sorayya Jamshidi and Amir Jamshidi acquired a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 4139 Candle Cove Court in Sugar Land from Kim A. Matthews, Kim A. Fry and William E. Matthews on May 29.

Fry acquired the property in June 2008. The 2,764-square-foot house was built in 2008 in Riverstone. It is part of the Creekstone Village at Riverstone subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $245,320.

Sorayya Jamshidi is a licensed esthetician. She works as a cosmetology facialist at The Spa of Corsicana.
