Dr. Christopher Sunday Ayeni and Mobolanle Christopher Ayeni acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 6834 Great Oaks Shadow Drive in West Houston from Francis Olak Nle Adekeye on May 29.

Adekeye acquired the property in Dec. 2009. The 2,388-square-foot house was built in 2007 in the Great Oaks subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $146,720.

Dr. Ayeni practices as an internist at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto.

He completed his M.D. in 2002 from Universidad Iberoamericana.
