Computer science instructor deals Sugar Land home

Kenneth Lee and Cecilia Yoon Lee acquired a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1323 Ravenel Lane in Sugar Land from Ancelin T. Shah, Fred W. Nelson and Cartus Financial Corp. on May 29.

The Lees acquired the property on Feb. 29. The 3,926-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Telfair subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $431,000.

Shah is an instructor of computer science at Houston Community College. She has been a member of the faculty since 2000.

She received both her B.S. and M.C.S. from Texas A&M University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,856 home sales in Sugar Land during the past 12 months.
