Anesthesiologist trades 6BD in Sweetwater

Jonathan H. Phillips and Margie P. Phillips acquired a six-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 50 Du Pont Circle in Sugar Land from Dr. Ramy Mankarious and Rania Mankarious on May 29.

The Mankariouses acquired the property in Feb. 2011. The 5,784-square-foot house was built in 1991 in First Colony. It is part of the Sweetwater subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $996,080.

Dr. Mankarious is an anesthesiologist. He has been affiliated with Memorial Hermann Baptist Orange.

He earned his M.D. in 1994 at the University of Texas-Houston. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at Massachusetts General Hospital and his internship in internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston.
